1050 aluminum alloy belongs to the industrial pure aluminum series, with an aluminum content of 99.5% or higher. Its simple chemical composition, mature processing technology, and affordable price make it one of the most commonly used raw materials for cookware, lighting, and traffic signs.
To achieve this temper, the metal undergoes strain hardening, giving it a strength level between fully annealed (O temper) and fully hard (H18). It provides higher strength than the O temper while maintaining good ductility, reducing the risk of cracking during subsequent processing.
1050 H14 aluminum Circles are typically produced from hot-rolled or continuous cast-rolled slabs, followed by cold rolling, stamping, and precision shearing. The surface is smooth and flat, with excellent roundness, making it ideal for deep drawing or spinning operations.
