With a minimum aluminum content of 99.5%, it provides stable processing behavior and is suitable for anodizing or coated cookware production. In O temper, 1050 is widely used for drawn and spun parts.

1060 Aluminum Disc

1060 aluminum disc contains at least 99.6% aluminum and is frequently specified for cookware with more demanding drawing requirements. It has high elongation, good thermal conductivity, and a clean appearance after proper surface preparation. We often recommend 1060 aluminum discs for frying pans, cookware bodies, and deep-drawn vessels where consistent deformation is essential.

1070 and 1100 Aluminum Circles

1070 aluminum circles provide higher purity and are selected when excellent electrical or thermal conductivity, soft temper characteristics, or specific customer material standards are required. 1100 aluminum circles offer good corrosion resistance and formability, making them suitable for a range of cookware and kitchenware components.

The alloy alone does not determine forming performance. Temper is equally important. O temper aluminum circles are fully annealed and generally preferred for deep drawing because they provide maximum ductility.
